Florence Elizabeth Sitff, 84, of Owensboro Kentucky died on March 19, 1998.
Florence was born in Wheeling, West Virginia on February 4, 1914.
Florence and her family soon moved to Bowling Green, Kentucky
and eventually to Owensboro, Kentucky.
Florence and Robert were married on August 28, 1931 in Louisville.
Both Florence and Robert worked at Republic Aviation Corporation in Evansville Indiana
during World War II helping to build 6,242 P-47 Thunderbolt fighter planes.
Later in her life, in 1966 Florence returned to work as a Nurse's Aide in several Nursing Homes.

Florence enjoyed playing cards, Writing Poetry and Crocheting.
Florence has crotched very intricate pieces including one of The Last Supper.
