| Carolyn Camp Stiff, 84, of Owensboro, died on Monday, March 5, 2018 while under the care of Hospice of Western Kentucky. She was born on October 6, 1933 in Daviess County, KY to the late Robert Sr. and Mary Evelyn Murphy Camp. She was a member of Bethabara Baptist Church and the Odd Fellows and Rebekah's Lodge. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Stiff, Jr.; sisters, Nancy Camp (Rev. Guy) Gordon and Barbara Camp (Junior) Embry; a son-in-law, Rod Robey and a nephew, Steve Gordon. Survivors include three daughters, Sharon Robey, Rachel Durbin (Steve) and Mary Lynn Case (Tim); three sons, Dean Stiff (Janie), Mike Stiff (Annette) and Paul Stiff (Sherry); 13 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Bob Camp (Brenda) and Bill Camp (Glois) and several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at 12:00 noon on Thursday, March 8, 2018, at Bethabara Baptist Church in Philpot. Private entombment will be in Owensboro Memorial Gardens. |
